Monthly rewards, on top
Everyone starts as a Member. Hold a Premium card or higher and directly refer two new participants who each buy Premium or higher, and you earn your first star and qualify for monthly rewards: 0.1% of completed card top-ups in your 2x2 matrix, on every level your rank unlocks. The rule that decides payment
To receive monthly rewards you load at least $100 a month onto your own card. Miss it three months in a row and you lose your matrix position for good. See the $100 rule
Your own card is optional
Bellver pays a referral commission on personal referrals in all cases, whether or not you bought a Visa or Mastercard yourself. Buying a card is not a requirement. A card of your own is needed for monthly rewards, and you get your matrix position when it appears. Someone you refer who buys before you still earns you the commission, but is not placed in your matrix.

Bellver's rules for promoting the card
Three points from Bellver that every partner should know before sharing a single link.
Big campaigns need approval
Any large-scale promotional campaign or public advertising on social media requires Bellver's prior approval. Ask first, then publish.
Be accurate, or risk suspension
False or misleading statements, or promises of income, may result in suspension. Stick to the facts on this site and the official documents.
Referring is always optional
Using a card is never dependent on or tied to referring new cardholders. Customers who do not refer anyone are just as welcome, and the Reward Program is entirely voluntary.
How to share it honestly

Do
- Say plainly that you earn a commission.
- Show the card working, how you really use it.
- Give real numbers: prices, fees, limits, the $100 rule.
- Remind people that nobody can recover a lost private key.
Do not
- Promise income, or say "passive", "risk free" or "guaranteed".
- Quote the biggest examples as if they are typical.
- Pressure anyone to buy now or miss out.
- Say Bellver is a bank, that money is insured, or that you work for Bellver.

Do not
- Promise or hint at income, or say "passive", "risk free" or "guaranteed".
- Show your private key, your full balance or any login screen.
- Ask viewers to send you money or crypto for any reason.

- Pressure anyone with countdowns, "last chance" or "limited spots".
- Run a large-scale campaign or public social media advertising without Bellver's prior approval.
Check TikTok's rules for your country
TikTok's advertising policy (updated June 2026) restricts cryptocurrency promotion in many markets, lists crypto debit cards as not allowed in some, and restricts multi-level marketing. Can I share it on TikTok LIVE?
Many people share products on TikTok LIVE, but you must follow TikTok's rules for your country. TikTok's advertising policy (updated June 2026) restricts crypto promotion in many markets and lists crypto debit cards as not allowed in some. Disclose that you earn a commission, never promise income and check the current rules before you go live.
Do I need to talk to MTG or apply to become a partner?
No. Partner simply means you are an affiliate of Bellver Cards. Once you share the card with people through your referral link, you are an affiliate partner. There is no application and no approval from MTG. You are welcome to message MTG with questions, but you never have to.
Do I need to buy a card to become a partner?
No. Bellver pays a referral commission for personal referrals in all cases, whether or not you have purchased a Visa or Mastercard yourself. Purchasing a card is not a requirement. A card of your own is needed for monthly rewards: your own Premium card or higher plus two new personal referrals who each buy Premium or higher, which earns your first star.
Can I run ads or a big social media campaign?
Only with Bellver's approval. Any large-scale promotional campaign or public advertising on social media requires Bellver's prior approval. False or misleading statements, or promises of income, may result in suspension.
Do I have to refer anyone?
No. Using a card is never dependent on or tied to referring new cardholders, and customers who do not refer anyone are just as welcome. Participation in the Reward Program is entirely voluntary.
When are commissions paid?
This month's commissions show in your dashboard. On the 15th they move to Earnings available, and you can withdraw from $100.
